Our client is looking for a new colleague to take on the role as Head of CIO Office in the IT department.
In your role you will be part of our clients IT Leadership team and you will report to their CIO.
You will lead a team of 8 in 3 functions; Service Management Office, Cyber – Risk and Compliance and Communication

About the role
They are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to take on the role of the Head of CIO Office.
This critical role is responsible for overseeing IT Strategy, IT Governance, Operating Models, Service Management Office, Cybersecurity, Risk and Compliance, Communication, and Performance Management within the Group IT.
- Responsible for IT Strategy Generation and Execution
- esponsible for IT governance frameworks, policies, operating models, Service Catalogue, procedures and other relevant artefacts
- Optimize IT operating models to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness of Group IT Services and overall delivery
- Manage the Service Management Office, ensuring high-quality and reliable IT service delivery
- Manage and govern a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to protect organizational assets and data.
- Establish effective communication channels within the Group IT and with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks and processes within Group IT
- Responsible for Group IT Communication, internally and externally
About you
- You have several years of experience in IT leadership positions including team management and you are accustomed in taking on leadership responsibilities.
- You are an experienced, inspiring and inclusive leader who enjoys taking ownership and create engagement.
- You’re structured, analytical and use agile ways of working
- you’re able to solve problems and make decisions in uncertain business situations.
- With your business and solution-oriented mindset, you’re self-motivated and able to drive things forward.
