We're in the midst of expanding our capabilities and resources for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
The position entails joining a dynamic PLM team.
This request is for 1 Scrum Master.
Context:
The client's PLM system plays a pivotal role in supporting the development of Electrics and Electronics systems. The team behind this endeavor seeks the guidance of a seasoned Agile Master, one with both technical expertise and a preference for PLM-system familiarity (OAS).
Responsibilities:
- Orchestrating team meetings with finesse
- Ensuring the backlog is maintained
- Guaranteeing top-notch quality of the backlog
- Facilitating smooth task assignments and robust documentation
- Providing steadfast support to the product owner
- Resolving impediments for the team
- Stepping in for the team in selected meetings
Deliverables:
- Elevated standards for task backlog and execution
- Impeccable task and backlog documentation
- A highly productive and efficient team that's clear on their goals
Remote Work:
Mandatory on-site presence on Wednesdays, with a minimum requirement of three days per week. Flexibility to work on-site for up to five days if circumstances demand. While remote work may potentially reduce to one day, the consultant should be available for on-site work for at least three to five days.
Qualifications:
- Master of Science (other qualifications considered with a robust work history)
- Proficiency in the Scaled Agile Framework
Language Requirements:
- Professional proficiency in Swedish and English (Swedish proficiency negotiable)
Preferred Experience:
- Understanding of our client's electrical and embedded vehicle systems
- Managing large-scale initiatives involving multiple high-level stakeholders
- Prioritizing tasks amid ambiguous directives or conflicting interests
- Familiarity with our client's electrical and embedded systems
- Proficiency of PLM system (OAS)
