Global Process Owner

Role:

As a Global Process Owner (GPO), you are responsible for end-to-end process performance and defining necessary improvements to achieve higher efficiency and effectiveness in the process. You design the global process standard and the improvement plan required for the successful implementation of this standard.Take ownership and proactively ensure that the global standard process is designed, implemented, and continuously improved.Coordinate change and communication related to the standardized global process, supporting projects in engaging employees and ensuring their commitment.Monitor the progress and development of process improvement initiatives, ensuring desired outcomes are achieved.Conduct periodic analysis and reporting on process performance.Communicate progress in process improvement effectively to stakeholders.

Essential requirements:

• 10 years of experience

• Data Quality: Improving static and dynamic data in the process to increase performance.

• Digitalization of Processes: Identifying and driving process digitalization improvements

• Stakeholder Involvement: Identifying and engaging relevant stakeholders.

• Driving Change: Championing new methods and processes for performance improvement.

• Change initiatives: Leading change initiatives.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
