Strategic Analyst

Role:

Responsible for leading work in spend analysis, business case evaluations, and optimization of material costs. Manages cross-functional alignments and optimization/visualization of category trees. Conducts micro and macro business intelligence (environmental analysis) and volume scenario analysis. Handles supplier choice and global council administration for spend analysis in DM and IDP. Organizes various internal and external events and workshops. Leads and monitors projects. Regularly follows up on KPIs with category managers to identify support needs. Provides data and analysis as input to achieve KPIs such as cost optimization. Contributes input and output regarding work processes and decisions for PMT and buyers to achieve set KPIs. Supports the development of a business plan for commodity, including performance and KPI monitoring. Creates and communicates reports to ensure they are up-to-date. Facilitates, prepares, and follows up for SCM meetings and cases.

Essential requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in business or related field or similar.

• Self-driven and creative with experience of driving improvements and Skilled in creating requirements, visualizing business needs and giving presentations

• Positive and energetic mindset

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Technical knowledge/experience/interest is an advantage

• Good communication skills and fluent in English.

• Ability to independent drive and complete tasks

• Structured way of working

• Excellent excel and Power BI skills

• Solution oriented, analytical, driven, ability to see improvement in the process. • Automotive experience is meritorious
