Business Solution Engineer

Our client in the automotive industry is currently looking for a senior Business Solution Engineer

• Period: 2023-12-11 -- 2024-12-31
• Place: Gothenburg

Act as Vehicle Technology's interface towards autonomous programs

Manage extensive stakeholder communication inside and outside Vehicle Technology

Support the portfolio managers with budget and prioritization input plan, lead and coordinate the development across multiple GTT agile streams to secure EE platform consistency and deliveries fulfilling the intent of the solution

Act as servant leader for the agile Vehicle Technology trains, facilitating and guiding the work towards fulfillment of the solution intent in terms of:

- securing clear scope defined and broken down by Epic owners

- milestones/integration points well communicated and understood

- concept decisions taken with platform consistency/balancing done

- deliveries and releases performed in line with agreed plans, quality and cost targets

- manage top risks and deviations

Requirements 

• For this role you need at least 10 years of experience within automotive product development and in specific within the ADAS area for heavy vehicles.
• Deep product and feature knowledge needed in areas such as radar, camera sensors, ODD, system safety etc.
• This in combination with excellent project management skills (min 10 years) and understanding of Agile working methods.
