Desktop Support Technician – Gothenburg – Onsite
We are now looking for a Desktop Support Technician on behalf of our client in Gothenburg.
In the role as Desktop Support Technician, you will for instance work with:
· Administration of Addigy MDM (Mobile Device Management) system for Mac computers & iOS devices
· Manage case load through ticket system, documenting support tickets
· Develop and manage knowledge base documents for internal IT teams and end users
· Onboarding and offboarding operations
· Provide assistance with Network management and configuration of the Gothenburg office from the Director of networks and systems
· Teir 1 and 2 support for company owned end user devices and peripherals
- Mac and Windows based computers
- Using Addigy to manage Macs and Kaseya to Manage Windows devices
- iOS devices
- Assist team members in US & India with support items when applicable
- Communication with end users via ticket system, email and Microsoft Teams
· Audio-Visual conferencing support in coordination with the primary AV support technician
- Support of conference hardware & software
As a person it is important that you are communicative, driven, and responsible. Also, you should be comfortable with speaking English, since you will participate in team meetings with an US-based team.
