Project and role description

The project manager will manage a strategic project within the Billing area where the goal is to digitize and seamlessly integrate product and pricing management with digitized sales and billing. The work includes managing deliveries from both external vendors as well as SEB teams.


The project is a part of a scaled Agile enviroment with deliveries from cross functional teams. The project is up and running with focus on delivering the first MVP. The project will be run mainly at SEB in Arenastaden but parts of the resources are distributed in several other locations


Requirements:

The Project Manager needs to have experience of leading projects with external vendors. Excellent communication and collaboration skills is a must. Also, the ability to establish a working structure for coordinating deliveries from multiple parties. You should be a driver with energy that can alternate between full focus on current delivery and lifting the sight to get the full perspective of the project and upcoming MVPs.


You need to have experience in managing project in an Agile organization, which includes experience in applying Agile methodology and philosophy in development projects. Knowledge from banking and the Billing area is an advantage.
