Description
While the IA will be dedicated to the Study Patient team, this person will also be part of the wider IA community at our client where best practices are discussed and support is given to help solve challenges.
As part of this role, the IA will be:
- building and applying knowledge of the FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) principles, ensuring that solutions are measured against the AstraZeneca framework for FAIR, and building proposals to improve the FAIR ratings for solutions by embedding standard AZ services for master data, reference data, etc.
- supporting the definition of Information architecture, models, ontologies, taxonomies standards and reusable designs
- supporting the definition of common ingestion, curation, data design, and consumption patterns
- supporting the definition of modeling data structures for conform and consumption layers in line with our client´s data management principles
- coaching/mentoring data analysts within the team
Initial focus will be on the automation of study identifiers and enhancing existing capabilities to document clinical trial metadata and consent.
Skills required:
- Previous experience working with Clinical Trial data (experience with consent data will be a bonus)
- Conceptual and logical data model design
- Familiar with data mesh and FAIR data product principles
- Amazon SageMaker Notebooks (Python)
- Experience in defining and working with information and data regulatory governances
- The role holder will possess a blend of data/information architecture, analysis, and engineering skills
- Experience in planning, leading, collaborating and working as a member of a technical/architectural delivery team
- Understands Data Platforms concepts and cloud-based containerization strategies for hybrid cloud environments
