SAFe Scrum Master till Swedbank

Swedbank needs a Scrum Master for AML ART Agile Team

2-3 days/week at the office

Support effective Backlog management

Support release management and synchronization

Facilitate and support in features preparation

Understanding, practicing and leading by example agile ways of working methods and principles.

Facilitating beneficial Team events (Scrum, Kanban, workshops) when needed or requested

If applicable ensure adherence to established other frameworks and internal Swedbank processes (SAFe, relevant Swedbank agile development process, ITIL, etc.).

Coaching in self-organization and cross-functionality

Supports in removing any kind of obstacles

Domain knowledge:

Good understanding of the business domain

Very good understanding of software development (incl. maintenance)

Extensive knowledge of SAFe and Scrum frameworks, Kanban.

Agile way of working:

Extensive experience in agile ways of working with relevant agile tools and knowledge of relevant Swedbank agile development process

Understanding product planning in an empirical environment

Able to coach the APO in techniques for effective Backlog management and discovery work

Excel in communication both towards the agile team and the stakeholders

Able to coach the agile team in self-organization and cross-functionality

Able to facilitate agile events as requested or needed

Able to identify and remove impediments to the agile team’s progress
