About the role/assignment

Are you driven, proactive, highly enthusiastic, technically sounds, high perseverance and collaborative Technical Project Lead then the below assignment is yours. We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to lead the modernization of one of our core systems.

You have the genuine interest in SW development, SW architecture, an agile mindset, and the ability to drive innovation and system change. You will be working with Customer: s product master data platform modernization. Within their department, Product Lifecycle Management, who manage the bank’s common Product catalogue and ensure that product master data is made available in key bank initiatives such as digitalizing customer journeys and know your customer (KYC) processes. The consumers of the data published by master data platform is used by bank’s internal users for example: Pension & Insurance, FICC & Equities, Trading, Mortgage Loan, Private Loan, AML & Holding Control and many more.

What you will be doing? We are searching for a Technical Project Leader who has some experience working with Master data management and databases. The project contains two parts mainly.

Part1:

Pre-study phase that involves the parts of: Current state analysis, Data Migration analysis and Future state analysis. = Requirements on candidate: Have prior experience of pre studies Understand the problem and organization impact of a major change of system integration.

Part2:

Business decision phase, that involves: market study, creation of decision making documents, create a documents for RFI/RFP/RFQ.

Need to involve technically with a team to define a migration plan. Customer need to do a Build or Buy analysis and report writing. = Requirements on candidate: Have prior experience of writing a decision-making documentation.

Skills/-experience needed

Technically capable of understanding a complex SW system.

Expert in connecting all the dots and see the future opportunities.

Drives the project forward & proactive in meeting management.

Very skilled in project follow-up.

Experience in Pre-studies.

Some experiences with Master data management or other types of information management. Experience in replacement of legacy systems to a new system as a technical leader.

You have some experience in API based data platform, Cloud etc.

Experience in handling Supplier SW system.

Have experience working with requirement analysis.

Interest & understanding of mainframe systems.

Fluent in both Swedish & English
