Infrastructure Support Consultant (Summer assignment)

We are looking for an IT support person who can support our customer for the summer time.

For this role we need three skills,

1. hardware maintenance includes firewalls, switches, servers and PCs.

2. Helpdesk

3. Asset management

Requirements:

1. 6 year IT infrastructure related work experience;

2. Certificates such as CCNA, ITIL are preferred;

3. Good at Swedish and English;

4. Work carefully and patiently, with strong discipline and logical thinking, strong adaptability, communication and coordination skills.

5. Can come to office within 30 minutes once know emergency occurs.
