About the role/assignment

We are now looking for a UAT Test Manager to Customer within Customer Lifecycle Tribe. Customer are looking for someone who has worked for a long time in testing with a focus on becoming Test Manager. Customer Lifecycle Tribe are responsible for Customer’s master data solutions and customer processes. They work with business development and regulatory compliance to make these processes as customer friendly and efficient as possible. You will work as Test Manager in CLMT project and be responsible for User Acceptance Test. CLMT project implements a new system for KYC assessment and sets a new KYC processes in place within Customer. We are looking for a consultant who have a great interest and good experience in quality assurance. Who thinks it is fun to drive and lead change and improve continuously.

Skills/-experience needed

The focus of your work is to lead and plan Customer’s user acceptance tests together with their Transformations Leads within the project.

Experience of collaboration with Transformation Leads and Super Users.

Experience of creation of user acceptance tests and leading them.

Experience of support root cause analysis and troubleshooting for issues and bugs during the entire solution lifecycle.

Experience of reporting test results to a broad spectra of stakeholders

Experience of PI-planning assisting with test ideas and generally with story refinement

Personality of continuously contribute to improvement of testing methodologies and processes

Language is English and Swedish is a huge merit.
