IKEA: Project Management Project Leader
Background
Perform scouting/ due diligence work prior to the initiation of the rollout of the SAP S4 Hana solution and processes to the targeted INGKA
markets, with the aim to identify country specific requirements which would need to be considered as part of the SAP S4 Hana rollout
project.
Provide process, transformation and/or solution related content input to the planning of the rollout activities and BOT Roadmap, based on
the information gathered during the scouting/ due diligence work.
Key Tasks:
Use existing INGKA knowledge base to identify information/ analyse existing data relevant to the markets targeted for scouting/ due
diligence and validate the information gathered with relevant co-workers (i.e. scouting preparation).
Prepare and run workshops with the targeted markets to confirm pre-work and identify any relevant information required for better
planning and sizing of the SAP S4 Hana implementation roadmap.
Summarize the outcome of the above workshops in relevant documentation and support planning the rollout activities based on the input
received.
Trigger and support any potential activities that can be started in advance of the SAP S4 Hana rollout
Respond or facilitate identifying responses to questions/ queries received from the scouted markets
Responsibilities:
Capture and synthetise information relevant to the planning & effort estimation needed to rollout the S4 Hana solution and processes to
targeted markets.
Accurate presentation of the SAP S4 Hana solution & processes to the markets in scope of scouting/ due diligence activities.
Represent the BOT Programme in front of the markets until the BOT/ SAP S4 Hana Rollout team is mobilized and rollout activities are
initiated.
Prepare and maintain relevant materials and documentation related to scouting and BOT roadmap.

Key previous experience and proven skills
Maintain a high-level view to be able to scan through multiple topics, identify relevant ones and ability to drill down on details, if needed.
Previous experience in the implementation of SAP S4 Hana projects within finance and procurement domains.
Analysis and design of processes based on SAP S4 Hana solutions.
Functional knowledge of SAP solutions (i.e. S4 Hana, Ariba, MDG, etc) is a plus.
Previous INGKA knowledge and experience is a plus.
