Business Analyst

Our client is looking for Business Analyst to strengthen its capabilities towards their global manufacturing.

Start date as soon as possible

Travel will be required within Sweden.

Location: Gothenburg

Your main responsibilities

• Leading and performing problem analysis and testing/validation of digital solutions.

• Providing support in understanding and identifying the business needs/benefit and value of activities.

• Facilitating workshops with stakeholders for business/process/information modelling, value analysis and backlog creation.

• Supporting refinement of the ART/product backlog and ensuring that the right information is available for the teams/vendors.

• Provide deep functional insight to the team members and other digital teams of plant needs

• Refine user stories and features for upcoming sprints

• Supports Product Owner/Program manager to maintain the product backlog to ensure a steady pipeline of user stories for the scrum teams

Who are you

• Broad knowledge of the manufacturing processes preferably in automotive industry.

• Experience from process and solution development within manufacturing, preferably in MES and production steering.

• Experience of manufacturing applications is seen as a benefit. (In-house and COTS)
