Set up PLM Business support. Husqvarna Aim to start best practice Business Support for Siemens PLM Teamcenter.
The task to be managed by the Business Support will be Supporting ways of working including. Able to answer and guide end users in Siemens PLM TC concerning single tasks within the system. Provide and Maintain training materials and Standards (R&G).
Drive and participate in networks for Champions inform about news and train the trainers.
Long term potentially perform classroom trainings. Need to have Experience of Setting up Support Department including Procedures for Development and Maintenance of Training Materials Standards (R&G) Pictures. Procedures communicating changes and news Producing, roll out and performing trainings within the borders of a new system/function. Very good knowledge of Office 365 including SharePoint. Leading and guiding a small group of new employees. Nice to have Experience of Siemens Teamcenter or other similar PLM system. Articulate 360 or similar training systems. Driving Networks for Champions and train the trainers. Working with R&D and Development processes like NPD (New Product Development)
