Scrum Master

Several (3-5) years of experience in:

• the Scrum Master role in a CFT (Cross Functional Team)

• SAFe framework and working closely with RTE and other Scrum Masters

• working in Jira and Confluence

• Agile leadership

• Fluent in Agile principles and mindset

• Process adherence and improvement

• Lead agile team self-organization

SAFe for Scrum Master or similar certification.

Experience from Swedbank organisation or at least Experience from Financial sector.

We would also expect experience and understanding of Operational Data Lake.
