For our client we are looking for a Business Analyst.


Description

The Digital Legal team is responsible for building and supporting digital solutions for Contract Management, Data Privacy, and Due Diligence. We work jointly with the Legal department and the Commerce teams to develop and configure applications to support legal and business processes for Data Privacy. The current focus is on Consent Management, to enable the marketing teams with the highest degree of reach and response while preserving and respecting the integrity of our customers.


As a Business Analyst, you will ensure that business and user perspectives are addressed, eliciting information to enable delivery. You will work closely with the Legal team to ensure alignment and cross-functional collaboration, successful implementation, and provide documentation for each phase of the development life cycle. You will also work as a liaison among different stakeholders to align their viewpoints with the digital vision.


More specifically, you will be engaged in setting the requirements for all Data Privacy related processes and components across the organization, including customer touch points to ensure reliable processes and data integrity.


Main Responsibilities

Consolidate digital legal requirements to ensure the implementation of digital solutions and cater for all the needs across the organization with an emphasis on Data Privacy.

Elicit, analyze, manage, and document requirements

Gather and organize information on problems, systems, processes or procedures, including present and future operating procedures

Analyze findings and create suggestions for operational improvements and changes

Produce written documentation and use data modeling practices to support the work and to present to stakeholders in an educational manner

Coordinate with, and manage multiple partners and stakeholders, both internal and external.

Conduct product demos, end-user training and facilitate workshops


Competence Specification

For this role we are looking for several years of experience within a similar position needing excellent business analytic skills such as requirement elicitation, requirements management, and an open and transparent way of working.


Drive and proactively managing your own work is key for this role.

Experience in working with OneTrust or other cloud-based Privacy Management Platforms.

General understanding of Data Privacy processes and Privacy Management software capabilities.

Proficient in tools to manage backlogs, requirements and workshop facilitation such as Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar.

Project management skills such as planning capabilities, risk management, and an efficient way of working.

Excellent presentation and documentation skills.

Proficient in workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.

Master verbal and written communication in English on a professional level, and prior work experience in an international context.

Deliveries

Data mapping – create assets, manage risk register, create and evaluate workflows.

Data breach management – establish and ensure a stable running process.

Gather requirements and document solutions for the Consent Management delivery integrating collection points, OneTrust, and SalesForce.

Integrating and branding of OneTrust preference center in our clients' Customer Self-service interface.

Data Subject Rights request process – establish and ensure a stable running process.
