User Acceptance Testing

UAT Lead

• Accountable for local UAT in a large multinational project.

• Responsibility for functional and non-functional (performance and operational acceptance) testing.

• Develop effective testing plans, business scenarios, scripts, processes, tools and reporting that encompass both quality and assurance of the solution with full traceability back to requirements/user stories.

• Act as the single point of contact for all UAT processes

• Lead and co-ordinate a team of in-house test resources.

• Should also have experience in Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Management and be able to develop effective testing plans, business scenarios, scripts, processes, tools and reporting that encompass both quality and assurance of the solution with full traceability back to requirements/user stories.

• Must have experience from large and complex implementations including multiple systems in the eco-system

• Must be a people person with good communication skills
