Servicemax (Salesforce) konsult

Big industry-client is looking to ramp up one of their teams with a consultant, to help implementing Servicemax to 2 more countries (USA and Norway).

What you will do:

- Participate in the development of a Servicemax global template

- Partner with business to analyze and define requirements, create solution designs and maintain related templates and guidelines

- Ensure the Servicemax template is used and followed in implementation projects

- Be involved in all parts of the implementation projects including business requirements, solution design, configuration, training, testing, migration and loading

- Handling of support issues for existing implementations

Skills needed:

- Deep technical skills

- Positive and happy approach

- Analytical, being able to solve technical problems

- Communicative

- Like to evolve and are positively triggered by great solutions

- Enjoy a good structure. Good at documenting.

Start: ASAP. The assignment will go on until the end of 2022, at least.
