Digital Designer

We are now looking for a Mid Level Designer, with full-time position from week 29 until week 32, 2021. With the possibility of extension.

As a Digital Designer, you’ll be concepting and crafting fantastic and forward-thinking work for some of the world’s biggest and most recognizable brands under the guidance of our Creative/Design Leads. You’ll be part of a diverse international team of talented creatives and producers that all share the conviction that it’s ultimately a combination of kudos and critique that makes people go that extra mile.

Your Background

We believe that you have:

4+ years of experience across the field of digital and web design.
Experience from all stages of the design process, from conceptualizing to finalizing asset deliveries.
Visual excellence, strong social and professional skills and confidence in tackling high-end projects in a tag team with our client.
Exceptional Sketch and Photoshops skills, and a knack for keeping your files and folders tidy.
Experience from prototyping (E.g. Principle or Invision)
Proficiency in After Effects is a plus.
Experience and expertise in evaluating the quality of the user experience and identifying what needs to be achieved to make it better.
Experience with selling designs and concepts to colleagues and clients alike.

We expect you to have a beautiful portfolio of top-of-class campaigns and experiences, spanning the entire spectrum of UX, design and conceptual ideas. As well as beyond aesthetic excellence and have troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. You are proactive and comfortable working autonomously, but also a team player that enjoys collaborating with other designers, copywriters, producers and technical teams to achieve the best results.
