Senior Fullstack Developer – Product & Customer Value Focus

We are looking for experienced senior developers who want to go beyond delivering code and instead focus on delivering real customer value.

In this role, you will work across the full stack—UI, APIs, backend services, infrastructure, and databases—but your true responsibility is to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into impactful, production-ready solutions together with your team.

You will work in a high-trust engineering culture where small iterations, daily deployments, and strong ownership from idea to production are the norm. Quality is ensured through Test-Driven Development (TDD) and robust CI/CD practices, where every build is expected to be production-ready.

🚀 What you will do

• Build and maintain full-stack systems across frontend, backend, APIs, and infrastructure

• Translate customer and product needs into working solutions without waiting for complete specifications

• Own features end-to-end—from idea, design, implementation, testing, to production

• Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) as a core design and engineering practice

• Ensure safe and reliable daily releases through mature CI/CD pipelines

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to maximize customer impact

• Continuously improve system reliability, performance, and developer experience

• Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical direction

🧩 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience

• Strong experience working across the full stack

• Experience in at least 3 programming languages

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript

• Proven customer-driven and product-focused mindset

• Solid practical experience with TDD in real production systems

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Experience working in agile, fast-moving engineering environments

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• React Native experience

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Ownership of CI/CD pipelines in production environments

• Experience with test containers and end-to-end testing frameworks

• Background in high-frequency deployment environments (daily or multiple deploys per day)

• Experience with distributed systems at scale
