Experience Marketing Specialist
We are looking for an Experience Marketing Specialist for an assignment within a large, international consumer-focused organization operating in the home appliances and lifestyle/consumer goods sector. The company delivers holistic consumer experiences combining products, accessories, consumables, services, and digital solutions, with a strong focus on sustainability and improving everyday life.
The Experience Marketing function acts as a cross-functional connector, shaping and articulating end-to-end consumer experiences — from ideation and insight to launch excellence and impactful content execution.
In this role, you will be part of a BA EMEA Experience Marketing team and contribute to developing deep consumer understanding while ensuring that products and services address real user needs. You will support category growth by developing marketing assets that drive conversion and purchase intent, and play an active role in supporting commercial launch processes across selected projects.
You will work closely with stakeholders across functions and markets in a dynamic, international environment.
Responsibilities
→ Work closely with the Experience Marketing Manager and cross functional stakeholders on selected projects that drive experience and messaging development, through consumer insights, competitor benchmarking, market assessments, and other analysis
→ Support the Experience Marketing Manager in managing elements of large scale, cross functional projects
→ Contribute to securing launch excellence and impactful storytelling toward target audiences
→ Brief, review, and support marketing deliverables within the Commercial Launch process, in collaboration with the Experience Marketing Operations Manager, ensuring high quality assets are delivered on time and in full
→ Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Manager and IMC team on content development
→ Work closely with local market teams to ensure content supports local needs and is effectively utilized
→ Share best practices within the BA EMEA Experience Marketing community, identifying opportunities for synergy and scale
→ Support the Events team to ensure storytelling and experiences come alive at key internal and external events

Experience & Skills
→ University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
→ Around 3–4 years of professional experience, preferably in product or marketing functions
→ Exposure to stakeholder management, working across functions or markets
→ Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
→ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
→ Comfortable working with colleagues and partners across different geographies and time zones when required
→ Project coordination or project management experience is an advantage
→ Experience in a large, international company is a plus, but not a requirement
→ Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Contract & Future Opportunities
This position is offered on an 8-month fixed-term contract. For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to transition into a permanent role after the 8 months, subject to business needs and individual performance.
