UX Designer / UX Researcher till storbank
We are looking for an experienced UX Designer / UX Researcher to support our product team within digital services for corporate customers. The consultant will work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to improve the user experience of our digital solutions.
The assignment includes:
• Conducting user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviours
• Identifying user insights and improvement opportunities in existing flows
• Designing and iterating user journeys, interaction flows, and prototypes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centred solutions
• Presenting findings and design recommendations to stakeholders
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience working with complex digital products
• Is comfortable facilitating research, workshops and usability testing
• Can translate insights into clear design improvements
