We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security (IAM) Analyst for an assignment based in Stockholm. The role requires full-time availability (100%) and allows for remote work up to two days per week. The assignment is planned to start on April 27, 2026, and continue until September 30, 2026.


This position is focused on hands-on work within Identity and Access Management (IAM), with an emphasis on engineering, implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and operational support. It is not a project management or coordination role.


The consultant will work across core IAM areas, including identity lifecycle management and automation, authentication and authorization models, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), directory services, and non-human identities. The role involves configuring, maintaining, and optimizing IAM platforms, as well as implementing controls, integrations, policies, and automation to support organizational security requirements.


The consultant is expected to troubleshoot identity and access-related issues across both cloud and on-premise environments, support incidents, and ensure stability and quality of IAM services. Collaboration with architects and security stakeholders is an important part of the role, translating requirements into technical solutions and platform configurations. The role also includes contributing to technical discussions and continuous improvements within the IAM domain.


Requirements:


  • Mid to senior level (approximately 3–10 years of relevant experience)
  • Strong experience within IAM engineering and operations
  • Solid understanding of authentication and authorization protocols (e.g. SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
  • Experience with IAM platforms and directory services
  • Ability to automate processes and troubleshoot IAM-related issues
  • Experience working in hybrid environments (cloud and on-premise)
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
