About the Role

As a Business Analyst at Customer you will play a key part in our transformation journey when building the future of payment solutions. In this role you will work cross teams to collect and write requirements in tight collaboration with your different stakeholders.

You will work against several teams, as we work cross-functionally. You will get the opportunity to discuss problems and opportunities with over ten other Business Analysts but still be self-governing and plan your own schedule. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Taking the lead in planning, coordinating, and driving refinement activities.

• Gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into clear functional and system requirement specifications.

• Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels—including business and operations experts, product management, architects, development teams, QA, and other subject-matter experts—to define requirements and scope.

Requirements:

Mandatory experience:

You have at least 15 years of experience working as a Business Analyst within IT, preferably in an agile environment, and you are accustomed to documenting requirements in a clear and structured way. You are highly driven and likely have experience working as a project manager as well.

In addition, you bring:

• A solid technical background, including technical education and hands-on experience as a developer or tester.

• The ability to manage multiple initiatives or projects simultaneously, and you thrive in fast-paced environments involving complex systems or large-scale projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach and excellent attention to detail.

• Experience coordinating and collaborating across teams, using your strong communication skills to manage stakeholders at various levels.

• A proactive, pragmatic, and adaptable mindset; you take initiative and can define and structure tasks even when starting from vague or incomplete information.

• Experience gathering requirements directly from stakeholders, for example through workshops or interviews.

• A strong track record of working closely with development teams—particularly backend developers and testers.

• Fluency in English.

• Swedish is a plus.
