Senior IT Business Analyst

Role:

Taking the lead in planning, coordinating, and driving refinement activities.

Gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into clear functional and system requirement specifications.

Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels—including business and operations experts, product management, architects, development teams, QA, and other subject-matter experts—to define requirements and scope.

Essential requirements:

• Extensive Business Analyst experience (15+ years) in IT, ideally Agile, with strong capability in writing clear, structured requirements.

• Strong technical background, including technical education and past hands-on experience as a developer or tester.

• Ability to lead planning, coordination, and refinement activities, driving requirement processes end to end.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, working across multiple teams (business, product, architecture, development, QA).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with a structured approach and excellent attention to detail.

Meritorious:

• Experience as a project manager.

• Experience in payments or large-scale/complex system environments, as the role is within future payment solutions and cross-functional setups.

• Experience from the banking sector.

• Swedish language.
