Senior Project Manager – Future ERP Program

Start: April 2026 | Duration: 18 months | Allocation: 100% | On-site: min. 3 days/week

A leading retail company is launching a major ERP transformation, moving to a modern cloud-based platform to enable growth and efficiency. We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the full ERP program — from preparation to go-live — overseeing governance, delivery, and business readiness in collaboration with senior executives, IT, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the end-to-end ERP implementation across business and IT.
Manage program planning, governance, risks, and dependencies.
Lead coordination with vendors and internal teams.
Ensure business readiness for go-live, including data, testing, and change.

Your Profile

10+ years of experience leading large IT or ERP transformation programs.
At least one full ERP implementation from start to go-live.
Skilled in program governance, vendor management, and stakeholder leadership.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
Experience in cloud ERP or retail/supply chain environments is an advantage.
