Senior System Architect (IVI, HMI & Infotainment)

We are looking for an experienced Senior System Architect for a consulting assignment with a technology-driven client developing next-generation in-vehicle infotainment systems.

About the assignment

You will play a key role in defining and guiding the architecture of advanced HMI and infotainment solutions used in modern vehicles. The role involves close collaboration with product, design and engineering teams to ensure robust, scalable and user-focused systems.

You will work across the full development lifecycle – from concept and architecture through implementation and release – in a highly collaborative and expert-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Define and drive system architecture for complex HMI and infotainment solutions

Take ownership of features from concept to delivery

Ensure alignment between hardware, software and user experience layers

Analyze system requirements and propose robust technical solutions

Provide technical guidance to cross-functional development teams

Required experience

10+ years of experience within automotive infotainment or HMI development

Strong background in system architecture for IVI platforms

Experience with modern HMI frameworks such as Qt / QML or similar

Experience with projection technologies (e.g., CarPlay, Android Auto)

Understanding of audio, Bluetooth or connectivity features in infotainment systems

Experience working in safety-aware development environments (e.g., ISO 26262)
