Senior Business Analyst - Lynk & Co

Role Description
The Senior Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role involves understanding and documenting Lynk & Co business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, defining clear requirements and supporting the implementation of features that align with Uptime business objectives.
The Senior Business Analyst ensures all stakeholders have a shared understanding of the solution and facilitates effective communication between business and technical teams.
The role requires deep knowledge of automotive aftermarket processes and systems and the ability to operate across the full system landscape supporting workshop operations, spare parts, diagnostics, warranty and vehicle software lifecycle management.
Key responsibilities
• Maintain well defined User Stories, including priority, status, stakeholder requests, acceptance criteria and relevant background.
• Define clear and testable acceptance criteria and ensure features and requirements are fully understood by all team members.
• Ensure features, requirements and solutions are well understood across business and development teams.
• Conduct user acceptance testing, participate in defect analysis and support the implementation and impact analysis of new features.
• Create mockups and visualizations to support feature development and ensure high quality backlog items.
• Support in defining Epics and contribute to backlog prioritization.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement meetings, retrospectives and lessons learned sessions.
• Work closely with developers and architects, with a strong understanding of code development and software architecture, to clarify requirements and support solution design.
• Act as key knowledge holder for workshop related business processes including spare parts ordering, catalog management, delivery flows, diagnostics, software download, warranty and insurance processes.
• Maintain strong understanding of warranty flows from both workshop and OEM perspectives, as well as insurance processes involving customers, workshops and brokers.
• Contribute to and support integration initiatives, including dealer management systems setup and integrations.
• Support the vehicle software release process, including installation of software in vehicles and understanding of related legal and compliance aspects.
• Perform data analysis using Power BI to support feature definition, prioritization and data driven development.
• Support system portfolio demos, audits and cross functional initiatives.
• Drive structured problem solving across business processes and system domains.
Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 10 years documented experience within the automotive aftermarket domain.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in senior business analysis within complex and integrated system environments.
• Deep understanding of workshop processes, operational challenges and critical deliveries.
• Strong knowledge of spare parts processes from catalog creation to delivery flow.
• Solid understanding of vehicle diagnostics, warranty management and vehicle software release processes.
• Strong understanding of business processes and systems integration, including dealer management systems setup and integrations.
• Experience in managing or contributing to integration projects.
• Ability to gather and document detailed requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Experience defining clear acceptance criteria.
• Skilled in creating mockups, wireframes and process diagrams.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
