Role Description

The Uptime System frontend developer and UX designer role is part of a team responsible for the development and maintenance of our state-of-the-art, aftermarket Uptime system portfolio.



Key responsibilities

• Develop key system features.

• Develop integrations to external systems.

• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems.

• Conduct code reviews .

• Write clean, maintainable and efficient code with proper testing and documentation.

• Support and work with requirements, design and analysis.

• Responsible for UX feature design.

• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, analysts and testers, to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.


Qualifications & Skills

• 3 + years experience working as a frontend or fullstack developer in agile software development.

• React, Next.js and TypeScript, including server- vs client-side rendering.

• CSS3, semantic HTML, and building responsive, accessible UIs (WCAG)

• Familiarity with monorepo architectures, ideally using Turborepo and shared libraries

• Optimizing performance in React/Next.js applications.

• REST APIs, data fetching (e.g. SWR, custom hooks)

• Internationalization (i18n), preferably using next-intl

Development practices:

• Experience with state management, such as Redux and useContext

• Working in teams with Git, code reviews, and structured workflows

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)

• Figma (Experience)

• Frontend testing tools (e.g. Jest, Testing Library, Cypress)

• UX feature design (3+ years)

• Vehicle (OEM) experience (3-5 years).

• Previous experience of Lynk&Co Workshop System portfolio is an advantage.
