Role description

A Senior Vehicle diagnostic system developer at Uptime Systems, works with vehicle communication diagnostics and software download (re-flashing).

The role works closely with system development in the Lynk & Co’s workshop systems platform. The Vehicle diagnostic system developer is part of an agile team supporting existing and future vehicle models and technology.


Key responsibilities

• Develop key system features.

• Develop integrations to external systems.

• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems.

• Conduct code reviews .

• Write clean, maintainable and efficient code with proper testing and documentation.

• Support and work with requirements, design and analysis.

• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, analysts and testers, to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.


Qualifications & Skills

• Deep C# experience (10+ years)

• Strong knowledge of vehicle communication protocols.

• Deep Diagnostics (Vehicle) experience (10+ years).

• Strong Vehicle (OEM) experience.

• Devops, familiarity with Azure Devops (CI/CD part), GIT.

• Basic Python experience.

• Basic knowledge of Azure services such as:

-Functions

-Cosmos DB

-DevOps

-Service Bus

• RBAC, Security configurations

• Previous experience of Lynk&Co Workshop System portfolio is an advantage.
