About the Role


As a Frontend Solution Architect, you'll focus on designing solutions using the latest frontend technologies to create a seamless user experience while also prioritizing security, performance, and accessibility. You’ll collaborate in a cross-functional team of customer experience professionals, business analysts, architects, developers, and banking product specialists working in an agile environment. You will also be a vital contributor in our design and development process, as well as part of our architecture community, driving the Accounts & Payments agenda in the bank.


Requirements:Main Responsibilities

• BSc in computer science or related field


• You have a strong and demonstrable foundation in frontend development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript), a deep knowledge and passion for cutting-edge web technologies and frameworks (Angular, React, TypeScript, Next.js), and the ability to lead technical decisions

• You have 5+ years of experience as a Frontend Solution Architect who enjoys building high-quality, customer-focused applications

• You are knowledgeable of UX principles, WCAG, and accessibility best practices

• You have experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, OpenShift) and DevOps

• You have a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a drive to explore new technologies

• You are comfortable working with non-technical colleagues, such as Project Managers or Channel Owners, and can present solution designs or decisions without all the technical details

• You are very experienced in managing diverse stakeholders in large organizations and navigating ambiguity. You have experience in both traditional waterfall Project Management and Scaled Agile environments

• You are “hands-on” when needed, with the possibility to code PoCs to prove out ideas or guide development teams

• You are fluent in English


Deliverables:


• Be a part of setting and implementing the frontend architecture which drives our customer experience in line with business needs and priorities, and the overall customer experience objectives of Customer


• Working with stakeholders, including Channel Owners, Project Managers and Developers, to define and agree on solution designs


• Being an advisor and partner for Development Teams on both “why” and “how” to implement their solutions by setting design principles and standards, designing solutions in collaboration with Tech Leads and Senior Developers, contributing to Proof of Concepts, and guiding the evolution of the architecture


• Supporting the delivery of projects and epics in a Scaled Agile way of working.
