Location/remote availability: Flexible, 3 days per week in the office in Solna

Target rate: 950 SEK

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of our new Master Data Management (MDM) platform. A high‑level architectural direction is already established; your mission is to translate it into a concrete solution design, define the technical blueprint, and guide the implementation forward.

Distributed Systems & Architecture

Extensive experience designing distributed systems, data platforms, or large-scale microservice architectures

Deep knowledge of event-driven architecture patterns

Strong experience with Apache Kafka

Ability to translate enterprise-level requirements into concrete technical designs

Data & Platform Expertise


Solid understanding of data modeling

Experience with concepts such as:

Record linkage

Deduplication

Golden record creation

Hands-on experience building and managing data pipelines

Familiarity with data quality frameworks

Software Engineering Skills


Strong programming skills in Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, or similar languages

Practical experience with:

Microservices architecture

Kubernetes

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

CI/CD pipelines

API design

Cloud & Observability


Experience working with AWS or GCP

Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as:

Grafana

Datadog

Prometheus

Experience with OpenShift is a plus

Collaboration & Communication


Strong communication and collaboration skills

Comfortable leading technical discussions

Experience working in agile, iterative development environments
