About the Role:
We are looking for a senior Test Lead to take overall responsibility for test coordination within the Duplex program, with a primary focus on securing quality across the 1st Offering.
The role is accountable for ensuring that Duplex program releases are validated cohesively across all involved systems, integrations, data flows, and operational processes. The responsibility sits at the solution level securing that each program delivery is production-ready from a business, technical, and regulatory perspective.
Lumera is a critical component of the solution landscape, and deep platform knowledge is essential. However, the primary mandate of the role is to secure quality across the complete Duplex delivery, not limited to any single system.
Requirements:
Your responsibilities will include:
• Acting as Test Lead within the Duplex program, accountable for solution-level validation of program deliveries.
• Driving test planning for 1st Offering releases, including scope definition, dependency mapping, environment coordination, and timeline alignment.
• Securing adequate end-to-end test coverage across systems, integrations, and operational processes within each program increment.
• Coordinating cross-team test execution across business, development, operations, and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring traceability from requirements to validated functionality at solution level.
• Facilitating defect triage, risk assessment, and go/no-go recommendations at program level.
• Collaborating with Lumera domain experts, architects, and automation engineers to ensure testability and sufficient coverage across the ecosystem.
• Contributing to the establishment of a scalable and structured approach for program-level test coordination.
About you:
• Proven experience acting as Test Lead in large programs or complex transformations including coordinating stakeholders across business and IT.
• Deep experience with Lumera across several functional areas.
• Strong understanding of regulated environments within insurance, savings, or asset management.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Structured, pragmatic, and confident in driving execution in complex environments.
