Senior Test Lead

Role:

• Acting as Test Lead within the Duplex program, accountable for solution-level validation of program deliveries.

• Driving test planning for 1st Offering releases, including scope definition, dependency mapping, environment coordination, and timeline alignment.

• Securing adequate end-to-end test coverage across systems, integrations, and operational processes within each program increment.

• Coordinating cross-team test execution across business, development, operations, and external stakeholders.

• Ensuring traceability from requirements to validated functionality at solution level.

• Facilitating defect triage, risk assessment, and go/no-go recommendations at program level.

• Collaborating with domain experts, architects, and automation engineers to ensure testability and sufficient coverage across the ecosystem.

• Contributing to the establishment of a scalable and structured approach for program-level test coordination.

Essential requirements:

• 9 + years of proven experience acting as Test Lead in large programs or complex transformations including coordinating stakeholders across business and IT.

• Deep experience with Lumera across several functional areas.

• Strong understanding of regulated environments within insurance, savings, or asset management.

• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.

• Proven ability to take overall responsibility for solution-level validation, securing end-to-end test coverage across systems, integrations, data flows, and operational processes.

• Experience contributing to the establishment of a scalable and structured approach for program-level test coordination.

• Experience collaborating closely with domain experts, architects, and automation engineers to ensure testability and sufficient coverage across the ecosystem.

• Strong capability in defect triage, risk assessment, and providing go/no-go recommendations at program level.

• Structured, pragmatic, and confident in driving execution in complex environments.
