We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager for a leading retail organization, to take a key role in shaping the future of the OMNI customer journey — connecting digital and physical stores into one seamless and inspiring experience.


This is a strategic and hands-on assignment where you will lead exploration, uncover customer needs, identify opportunities, and define the way forward. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and customer insight, ensuring that every interaction across channels feels effortless and integrated.


What you will do


➤ Lead discovery, delivery, and continuous iteration of key product initiatives

➤ Translate customer and business needs into clear problem statements, product requirements, and prioritized backlogs

➤ Collaborate closely with UX, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to bring new experiences to life — from concept to release

➤ Define, monitor, and communicate success metrics reflecting impact across both digital and physical channels

➤ Drive testing, experimentation, and customer validation to generate insights that inform product improvements and strategic decisions

You will join a global, cross-functional product team committed to delivering exceptional digital experiences through close collaboration, user-centric design, and continuous iteration.


The team brings together expertise across Product Design, Analytics, and Engineering, and partners closely with other product teams and key business stakeholders across the organization.


Who we are looking for


We are looking for someone who has:


➤ Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager (or similar role) in a digital environment, ideally with OMNI experience

➤ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams

➤ A passion for solving complex problems, with a clear ability to prioritize based on impact, user value, and strategic fit

➤ A strong customer focus, with experience uncovering user needs and translating insights into actionable improvements


It is considered a plus if you also have:


➤ A data-informed mindset, using both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decision-making

➤ Experience working in agile, iterative product development environments

➤ A proactive, ownership-driven attitude and the ability to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly

➤ A curious and continuous improvement mindset
