Description: UX designer to reinforce our team on the UX area, especially to be able to focus more on new features for North America and Latin America regions with creation of mockups, participating in discovery phase, creating requirements documents that goes along with the mockup)

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join the OneView team. In this role, you will work closely with the UX Design Lead and the design team to drive a clear design direction, ensure high‑quality user experiences, and help strengthen UX capability across the team.

You are an independent problem‑solver who can take full ownership of the UX process — from research and ideation to design and validation — and you feel comfortable engaging with DPOs, stakeholders, and cross‑functional partners throughout all stages of the product lifecycle. In addition, you will support the product organization by creating and refining epics and user stories, ensuring that design intent and user value are clearly translated into development‑ready work.

A key part of the role is also to support and coach fellow UX designers, contributing to a strong design culture and helping improve structure, clarity, and ways of working within the team.
