Program Technical Team Lead

Essential requirements:

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end technical delivery across multiple workstreams, including Architecture, Integration, Deployment, Surrounding Solutions, Data, Security, and Analytics.

•Act as one of the primary technical interface for external software vendor, ensuring smooth integration and alignment.

•Navigate and coordinate a complex in-house IT landscape with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and legacy systems.

•Ensure technical solutions support program objectives, maintain high quality standards, and adhere to enterprise architecture, data governance, and security requirements.

•Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks and interdependencies across systems, teams, and stakeholders.

•Drive technical planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking to ensure timely delivery.

•Facilitate collaboration across technical teams, business streams, and the PMO to enable informed decision-making and program transparency.

•Provide guidance on technical trade-offs, scalability, and long-term maintainability of solutions.

•This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership, and stakeholder management, with the ability to deliver complex solutions in a multi-system, multi-stakeholder environment.

•Previous experience in implementing supply chain platforms for demand and supply planning including allocation and replenishment is a huge benefit.

•Required cloud certification: Benefit to have Azure certification
