Program Manager (Portfolio Brands Tech)
Assignment Description – Daily tasks
As a Program Manager, you will drive high-priority, strategic tech initiatives within OMNI. The initial program is Digital Returns, and a February start is required to cover a parental leave. This role is also part of the Program Management team, contributing to ways of working and supporting other program leads when needed. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Program Manager is required.
You will play a key role in aligning stakeholders, leading project teams, and bringing clarity to complex situations. You will be part of the Program Management team within Portfolio Brands Tech — a collaborative, cross-functional group focused on delivering strategic OMNI initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with product teams, solution architects, external vendors, and stakeholders across multiple brands.
→ Lead cross-functional programs to develop and roll out new technology and capabilities
→ Build strong relationships with stakeholders across brands, product teams, Business Tech, and other departments
→ Run program steering groups and present clear, outcome-oriented recommendations
→ Collaborate with architects and tech leads while maintaining full ownership of program execution
→ Contribute to Program Management best practices by driving internal improvements and mentoring new team members
Technical Skills
→ Experience and knowledge of Digital Returns is required as this will be the first assigned program
→ Experience, knowledge, and interest in OMNI, operations, and technology
→ Several years of experience leading complex projects/programs involving multiple stakeholders, suppliers, and functions
→ Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to create structure and calm in uncertain situations
→ Ability to see both the big picture and the underlying details
→ Familiarity with technical infrastructure
→ Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and clearly presenting recommendations
→ Proactive and self-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative and deliver results
→ Ability to create structure and direction from complex or incomplete inputs and ensure alignment across teams
→ Familiar with tools including Anaplan, Initiative cost showback report, VIM, Jira, and Miro
