Quinyx PO/Support
Our client is looking for a Quinyx PO/Support. Quinyx offers a cloud-based workforce management (WFM) platform. The system is primarily used by organizations that have many scheduled or shift-based employees, such as in retail, logistics, hotels, restaurants, healthcare, and call centers.
The requirement is that this person has in-depth knowledge on the Quinyx system.
Start: ASP - one year
Place: Gothenburg
The role of Product Owner / Support coordinator should be:
- Focus
- Defines product vision and priorities within Agile/Scrum.
- Provides operational support and troubleshooting for digital products.
- Key Responsibilities for PO
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Act as liaison between stakeholders and development team.
- Define product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Participate in sprint planning and reviews.
- Make critical decisions on product direction.
- Key Responsibilities for Support
- Manage and resolve support tickets.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain documentation and FAQs.
- Gather feedback for product improvement.
- Train team members on support processes.
