We are looking for a Product Owner / Support Coordinator with in-depth knowledge of the Quinyx system to join an ongoing assignment with one of our clients.


The ideal candidate will combine strong product ownership skills with hands-on operational support capabilities. You will define product vision and priorities within an agile environment, while also ensuring smooth daily operations and effective issue resolution.


Focus

Define product vision and priorities within Agile/Scrum.

Provide operational support and troubleshooting for digital products.


Key Responsibilities – Product Owner

Manage and prioritize the product backlog.

Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team.

Define product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.

Participate in sprint planning and review sessions.

Make key decisions regarding product direction and priorities.


Key Responsibilities – Support

Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and solve issues.

Maintain documentation and FAQs to support users and processes.

Gather feedback from users to drive product improvements.

Train team members on support tools and procedures.

Deliver user training and provide ongoing support.


Location: Gothenburg, Onsite 3 days per week

Workload: Full-time
