About the assignment:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and independent Talent Acquisition Data & Systems Coordinator for a short-term project focused on data integrity and system migration. The consultant will play a key role in the transition from Workable to Oracle HRIS, ensuring recruitment data accuracy and process completion.
- Requisition data: Audit, validate, and correct active and historical requisitions in Workable before migration.
- System migration: Support the transition to Oracle, ensure correct tagging and updating of requisitions, and manage archival in Workable.
- Candidate data: Perform data hygiene on candidate profiles, ensuring “hired” candidates have complete and accurate profiles.
- Team support: Provide administrative and data-related support to the TA team and report on task completion.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Is proactive, self-driven, and takes ownership of tasks.
- Is highly organized, structured, and able to deliver on deadlines.
- Is system-savvy and quick to learn new ATS/HRIS systems (experience with Workable is a strong plus).
- Communicates clearly and enjoys supporting a team.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience with data migration or recruitment system projects.
- Background in Talent Acquisition, HR administration, or data quality.
