Assignment description

We are looking for a backend developer with a curiosity for Golang to collaborate on an exciting project of developing our next generation of Condition Monitoring Solutions shaping the Future of Industrial Intelligence!

The end goal of our solutions is to provide actionable insights based on machine data to make industrial machines run longer, and this positions us at the center of turning strategy of intelligent and clean growth into reality. The project involves developing a web application that offers an exceptional user experience and allows our users to detect machinery issues confidently and quickly.

• Develop, test, deploy, and improve software.

• Brainstorm, share insights, and collectively create something impactful.

• Code reviews with your peers.

• Collaborate with other software teams or hardware teams.

• Work with product owners, architects, and technical needs.

• Participate in scrum ceremonies


Requirements:

• Experienced in backend development, with a focus on industrial applications or similar complex systems.

• Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Understanding of industrial protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT) is a plus.

• Familiarity with security best practices, data encryption, and authentication methods relevant to web applications in industrial settings.

• Curiosity and willingness to learn Golang (experience is a bonus!).

• Strong personal drive to get things done in an environment characterized by autonomous teams and high trust in the individual.

• Curious and a strong willingness to learn our domain, the products we build and the environment we operate in.

• Experience with Git and agile methodologies.

• Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus).
