Assignment: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant – Absence & Talent Management

Location: Global/Remote (anywhere in the world)

Scope: Full-time (100%)

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months, extension possible

Language: English only (no Swedish required or desired)


About the assignment:

We need a functional Oracle HCM consultant to work remotely with a focus on Absence Management and Talent Management. Scope includes requirements, configuration, test support (SIT/UAT), deployment, and handover to operations. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, apply best practices in Oracle HCM Cloud, and manage enhancements and defects. Ability to overlap with CET business hours is appreciated.

We’re looking for:

  • Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience in a functional role.
  • Practical work in Absence Management and Talent Management (process design, policies, approval flows).
  • Comfortable running workshops, writing functional specs, and supporting UAT and go-live.
  • Clear communication and documentation in a distributed/offshore setup.
  • Understanding of related HCM objects, security/roles, and change management.

Nice to have:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.
  • Exposure to Core HR, Time & Labor, Payroll.
  • Familiarity with HCM Extracts, REST APIs, OTBI/BI Publisher.
  • Experience with global organizations and onshore/offshore models.
