Senior Business Systems Analyst / Architect (Consultant)

We are currently looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst / Architect. The consultant will play a key role in bridging business needs and technology solutions, ensuring requirements are captured, understood, and translated into effective outcomes. The role requires both strong business analysis skills and architectural understanding, with a focus on integrations, Azure, and information architecture. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of business systems to define and deliver effective business solutions.
  • Conduct analysis, planning, requirements gathering, and logical design of software products by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new software solutions with existing systems and processes.
  • Coordinate the refinement of cross-team features, working closely with product management and technology teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, architects, and UX teams to secure UX and architectural approvals for new features.
  • Support architects by clarifying business requirements during architectural analysis and assist PMs/UX teams in understanding technical complexity and feasibility when defining and designing features.
  • Produce detailed documentation for solutions, process flows, and requirements.
  • Act as a central point of contact ("the spider in the web") across multiple teams and stakeholders, generating requirements and ensuring alignment.
  • Oversee the implementation of software solutions, coordinating with development teams to ensure timely delivery.


Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Solution Architect, or in a similar hybrid role.
  • Strong knowledge in provisioning and integrations, Azure, and information architecture.
  • Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Experience working on large, complex projects across multiple departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to independently drive projects forward with minimal guidance.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, agile environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain effective working relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, suitable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs.

Duration: At least 12 months, likely until end of 2026

Location: Gothenburg, 3 days onsite.
