Description:

We are looking for a skilled Service Designer to join our team and contribute to the Service Contract Initiative, a high-priority project within our organization. The Service Designer will be responsible for connecting strategic impact mapping with business goals related to Service Contracts and various business processes. This role will involve identifying and mapping the relationships between our Service Contract initiative and different customer journeys, customer segments, and business partners. Key responsibilities include:

Collaborating with a team of consultants to design and enhance Service Contract strategies that align with business objectives.

Conducting research and analysis to understand customer journeys and segments, ensuring that Service Contract initiatives meet customer needs.

Creating service blueprints and journey maps to visualize and improve the customer experience related to Service Contracts.

Transitioning from consultant support to a full-time role, actively contributing to the overall success of the Service Contract program.

Experience & Skills


Service Design Methodologies: Proficiency in service design principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g., design thinking, service blueprints, journey mapping).

Customer Journey Mapping: Ability to analyze and visualize customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

Strategic Impact Mapping: Skills in connecting strategic goals with service design initiatives and understanding their impact on business objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including customers, business partners, and team members.

Research and Analysis: Experience in conducting user research, surveys, and data analysis to inform design decisions.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify challenges and opportunities.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a UX Design team and cross-functional teams.
