Provide support to Business in using applications and services.
The Support Specialist IT will provide support locally.
The daily work requires cross-functional collaboration between Business, HCL and Digital & IT.

Comments on Experience & Skills:
Perform installations and deliveries to end users
• Act as action owner of the cases or orders they are assigned to
• Assist Infrastructure and application operation Specialist when required
• Provide information to end users in the event of operational disturbances
• Familiar with Service Now tool
• Aware of ITIL
Additional comment:
Required to be at Skövde office on a daily basis.
