Description: (position typically requires 0-2 years relevant experience)Responsible for securing optimized service and repair solutions to maximize uptime and enhance product maintainability in aftermarket business. Create and maintain technical information. Develop and deliver efficient preventive, corrective service information corresponding to product demands on serviceability, safety, quality, environmental needs fulfilling feature maintainability target. Evaluate and develop special tools, standard times for performing service operations. Secure quality and readiness prior to releasing for downstream systems and processes. Work with business strategic, structurally complex products and solutions fulfilling common architecture & shared technology. Manage and drive diverse technical areas. Drive work with enhancing global processes and tools, spread knowledge and develop competence by applying lean principles and cross functional collaboration. On Associate level applies theoretical knowledge typically obtained through education (position typically requires 0-2 years relevant experience). Applies knowledge to the world of work: - Onboarding to Volvo Group, Induction to respective TD/BA, Transition Coaching - Getting to know the business, understanding the ways of working and the group and TD/BA culture - Learning about product streams and the contribution of his/her work within this as well as the lifelong learning expectations in the group, TD/Bas- Empowered to perform and make a valueadding contribution to the assigned TD/BA asap with the benefit of ongoing support and supervision
