We are looking for a dedicated Release Lead for the Finance to Cash workstream, where the scope includes components of S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

The role is responsible for the full delivery of the release scope within Finance to Cash to ensure the best solution for Billerud – from a business and system perspective.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and secure that all release deliverables are finalized on time and with good quality.

• Report to the Finance to Cash workstream lead and work closely with the workstream lead of the implementation partner in day-to-day work.

• Provide Billerud with context and expertise and ensure the best possible solution from a Billerud perspective.

• Close collaboration with Billerud SMEs securing all Billerud requirements and Billerud specific topics get a solution.

• Ensure that relevant decisions are identified, prepared, and resolved.

• Monitor and mitigate risks and issues, escalate unresolved risks and issues to program management.

• Manage and coordinate resources for the release - in close collaboration with the workstream lead, global process owner and business process leads.

• Coordinate with other relevant workstreams and secure alignment across functions.

• Coordinate with program enablement teams such as Test, Data & Migration, Deployment & Hypercare, Analytics & Reporting, Integration, Business Change and Roles & Authorizations.

• Ensure stakeholder collaboration, meeting forums and expectation management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background:

o A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

o Certification in Project Management is a merit.

• Professional Experience:

o Deep SAP knowledge in finance is a must, experience from sales and supply chain a bonus.

o Experience from SAP ECC or S/4HANA is required. Experience from SAC is an advantage.

o Experience from SAP implementation programs and an understanding of the organizational challenges associated is required.

o Proven experience from project management, with both business and system dimensions is required. Preferably from pulp and paper or a similar industry.

o Experience with process, and cross-process related topics and driving the resolution of identified gaps.

o Experience with both custom-built systems and ERP systems, with a strong understanding of the integration challenges.

o Experience working in large implementation programs preferably driven by a solution implementation partner.

• Key Skills:

o Proven track record of strong leadership and team management skills.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

o Problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.

• Change Management:

o Experience in managing change from both business and system perspectives.

• Language:

o English (primary).

o Swedish (secondary).
