Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Agile practices. You will play a vital role in implementing agile methods and routines, leading and coaching development teams, and mentoring them to become more self-sufficient.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coach teams in Agile methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement and optimize performance.

Facilitate Scrum events and collaborate with teams to drive innovation.

Mentor teams to take ownership of their processes and continuously evolve their Agile practices.

Serve as an Agile Coach by guiding other scrum masters, collaborating with product owners and stakeholders for alignment, and embedding agility at the core of our projects.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience using the Agile framework, preferably as a Scrum Master.

Energetic person with a positive attitude who possesses both technical competence and insight into human/cultural challenges during transformations.

Excellent communication skills; open-mindedness toward change and diversity.
